Delivery & Return and Exchange Policy

We currently offer only delivery within South Africa. Please read further to familiarise yourself with the finer details.

ANNA J offers a nationwide delivery within South Africa at an additional cost R100.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-10 business days of receipt of order depending on stock availability as some products are made to order.

Delivery takes up to 1-2 working days for inventory that is available once it has been dispatched .

For PRE-ORDERS, deliveries may take up to 15-20 business days in which we are sourcing and preparing your order.

Once order has been dispatched, it takes up to 1-2 business days to deliver your order.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
  • Please include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) with the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue you with a credit note that can be used with us within 30 days. No cash refunds.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • To request an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team to guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including:
    • Personalised or custom-made items
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. The shipping fee will also be deducted from your returned amount for your credit voucher.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
